Norway Chess Open 2021

The Norway Chess Open tournament is organized in parallel to the chess super tournament, Norway Chess.

This year, Norway Chess has partnered with Offerspill Chess Club and Sandnes Chess Club, to organize the Norway Chess Open tournament.

Norway Chess Open is scheduled for September 10 to September 17.
There will be two groups; master class and ELO class. The master class will be at Clarion Hotel Stavanger and the ELO class will be at Folkets hus, the next door building to Clarion Hotel Stavanger.

Participating in the Norway Chess Open is a great way to play chess, meet old and new friends, in a very unique environment with the super tournament ongoing simultaneously!

We strictly follow Covid-19 infection prevention measures during the event, as the safety of our participants, volunteers and other staff is of outmost importance.
There will be a limited number of participants, and as per today (june) registration is open to the first 100 registered participants in the Masters group and 130 participants in the ELO group.
Your registration at Tournament Service is only valid after you have paid the registration fee.
We follow the first come first serve principle!
