Arbiters

Anemone Kulczak (Main arbiter)

My father taught me chess when I was 7 years old. I played many tournaments during my teenage years. I became arbiter when I was 19 and have already arbitrated more than 80 tournaments in France and in other countries ( round robin tournaments, French national championship, international open tournaments, etc…)

In Norway I’ve been arbiter three times at Norway Chess (2013, 2014 and 2017) and sector arbiter at the Chess Olympiad in Tromsø.

In daily life, I’m Human Resources Manager and Teacher. As I like passing my knowledge, I am also French lecturer and do national arbiter training.
